WE'RE OPEN!
As of Monday 3rd August Cowaramup Country goes from paddock, to building site to part of Cowaramup. Feel free to stop by, drive around and take a look. Let us know what you think. There is still more work to do of course. We need to finish of the intersection after winter. There is more to do in the living streams to create a beautiful parkland for the community to enjoy. This is just step one. It's been a challenging journey, but it's been worth it.

I had a good look around but failed to find the 'Country'. Just looks like another walled suburb to me.

Hi there

Thanks for stopping by. I take on board your comments.

I think at the end of the day, we can't expect to please everyone.

Some people prefer to live in Gracetown or Prevelly for obvious reasons, others prefer rural lots with not a neighbour in site. Some people choose to live in town.

Cowaramup Country is similar to how the rest of Cowaramup has developed, and there are many people there that happily call Cowaramup home. Cowaramup Country allows more people to do the same.

I know it can be a bit hard to see exactly how the estate will unfold, but I really think the parkland, once established will be a beautiful place for people to enjoy. The fact that the kids can walk to school, the bmx track and sports ovals with out crossing a highway is also a plus.

The thing about Cowaramup is that it is more than just what the place looks like. What makes it so great are the people. I've only been back here for about 12 months and I really get a buzz from seeing how friendly people are with each other, and how the community really pulls together and gets things done.

I guess we can't interest you in a lovely block overlooking the farmland? ;)

Thanks

Katie
