- is a new residential environment extended from the character-filled Cowaramup Town Centre. The land, formerly used as a family farm, is being developed by third generation locals, the Earls, who are ensuring that all care is given to maintaining the areas unique environment. “We wanted to create this new residential environment sensitively. The ‘living streams’ are a reminder that the town is still evolving in the history of the area, and connects this history to the future of Cowaramup.
