CHEESE, CHEESE, CHEESE
I had never been to Hayshed Hill, but I've now been three times in the last month with the opening of the new deli. A friend and I had lunch there today - a beautiful ploughmans platter with amazing english and irish cheeses, cold meats and accompaniments. I wish I had taken a picture to show you, but it was half demolished by the time I thought of it. They have such an amazing collection of beautiful cheeses; australian, french, italian, spanish, english and irish.

I love going to places where you know such love, care and passion has been put into what they do. Nick even comes out personally and talks about what's on each platter, which is great.

This is the view from the balcony today. Can't wait for summer, so we can come back and while away the afternoon on the grass and eat fabulous cheese.

Yum!
