In fact, the recent property slow down is working in their favour, with homes being built in record time and the return of competition, which makes home builders work harder for
a contract.
Jill Turton from Stocker Preston said rental properties are still in high demand in the region and Cowaramup is becoming increasingly popular for those who want to get away from the large townships.
Some of the new residents joined the Earls to celebrate the start of construction and shared a laugh as they all checked out their properties ... it’s already a community!
